Return Policy

We want you to love all of your Kastle & Almond purchases so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@kastleandalmondboutique.com so that we can help! 

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.  All refunds will be issued via store credit (in the form of an e-gift card).  Shipping costs are not eligible for store credit.

We will provide you with a return shipping label.  $7 will be deducted from the store credit amount issued with your return for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in - unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Bodysuits & intimates
• Accessories
• Any other items marked final sale

We do not offer exchanges.
